Sweet rolls and cinnamon twists are baked the morning of the market.  Fry pies, cakes, cookies, scones, and yeast breads the day before; sweet breads 1-2 days before.  We never freeze products to resell later, excepting certain cakes or sweet breads; if available, we clearly mark & discount them. 

Yes.  Pre-ordering is a good way to assure availability of items at an upcoming market or event.  Orders are preferred at least 36 hours in advance; $25.00 minimum.  Email, text, or call for menu options and other details.

For best taste, we recommend eating pies fresh within 4 days.  However, many of our customers freeze them and claim favorable results.  Fruit pies will tolerate freezing better than cream pies.  If you choose to freeze, first seal them in a zip lock bag; when removing from freezer, allow to slowly thaw rather than microwaving them.

All our eggs come from cage-free, roaming chickens.  Our own are fed non-GMO grain and can scratch outdoors.  We also provide farm eggs that come from a local, small flock that is conventionally fed and lives in a low-density, noncommercial environment.

Buckeye cake is a moist chocolate cake with a peanut butter fudge-like frosting.  (Warning: chocolate & peanut butter lovers beware; this cake is highly addictive.)
